What is Propexo MCP?
A connection between the AI tools your team already uses and the data in your warehouse. MCP is the Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI tools use to reach outside data sources. Propexo MCP speaks it on your behalf, so a question typed into Claude, Copilot or your own tool is answered from your own portfolio data, with the definition and the source attached.
Who is Propexo MCP for?
Operators, and owners and asset managers. A regional asks about renewals and work orders. An asset manager asks which building problems are hitting NOI and which are about to become capex. A manager offers the same connection to owners as a premium service. Each gets the definition and the source with the answer.
Which AI tools does it work with?

Can it change anything in our systems?
No. Propexo MCP is read-only. It reads the warehouse and nothing writes back to your property management system or the tools around it, so anyone you allow can ask without touching operations.
What questions can we ask?
The ones you approved. The set is agreed when the connection is built and grows whenever you add to it, so nobody gets an answer the business has not signed off on. Within that set the phrasing is free: ask in plain language, follow up, narrow down.
How do we know an answer is right?
Every answer carries its definition and its source: occupancy by whose definition, from which system, as of when. If two people get two numbers, the definitions tell you why, and a figure that reaches an investor can be traced back to the record it came from.
What data does it answer from?
Your warehouse, as your systems land it there, with the links between matching records and your governed definitions on top. It does not answer from a vendor’s copy of your data or from a model’s memory. If the data a question needs is not in the warehouse yet, it says so instead of guessing.
Who can ask, and who decides?
You do. Access runs through your warehouse’s own controls, so you grant a regional, an analyst, an owner or a consultant exactly the questions and properties they should see, and you revoke it any time.
How is this different from the copilot inside our PMS?
