Why does the warehouse have to be yours?
Because everything downstream depends on who holds the keys. A vendor-hosted analytics product answers the questions that vendor chose to support, keeps your history on its side of the fence, and makes every partner data request a negotiation with someone else. A warehouse in your own account has none of those constraints. And owning it does not mean running it: Propexo manages the warehouse and everything flowing into it, so you get the control without needing a technical team.
Ownership is also what makes partner access workable. The warehouse supports governed, read-only sharing scoped to the exact tables and columns you choose, and those controls answer to the account owner. When that owner is you, a data request stops being a favor routed through another vendor and becomes a term you set.

Which data warehouses are supported?
Connect Intelligence runs on Snowflake, in an account that belongs to you. You do not need to run Snowflake today, or know anything about data warehouses — Propexo handles the setup and management as part of the service.
Is the data organized when it lands?
Data from the major property management systems arrives organized into one consistent format, so questions that span your portfolio have one place to look. Everything else arrives complete, in its source system's own structure.
Can we control what a partner sees?
Yes. Sharing is controlled down to specific tables and even individual columns, so a grant can leave out resident-level details entirely or show only totals. Nothing is visible to any partner by default, and every grant is revocable.
Does Propexo write anything back to our systems?
Connect's pipelines flow one way, from your source systems into your warehouse. Partner access to the warehouse is whatever your grant allows, and scoped read-only grants are the standard arrangement.
