The Program

We fly to your office.

Half a day with 15 to 20 of your senior operating and data leaders. We map where your AI strategy actually stands today, generate candidate initiatives, and prioritize them together. You leave with a roadmap your team can take to leadership on Monday.

This is the workshop we've been refining across the top of the multifamily market. It isn't a sales pitch and there's nothing to sign. Our team runs it because the conversations sharpen our view of what enterprise operators actually need from AI infrastructure.

The Half-Day · On Your Floor

Four hours. One conference room. The roadmap your team has been trying to find time to build.

Hour 1 01

State of the Stack

We map your current operating data, your active proptech contracts, and the AI initiatives already underway, abandoned, or sitting in someone's deck. Nothing gets pitched. We listen, then we draw it on a whiteboard.

Hour 2 02

Use Case Generation

Working session: your team and ours generate 8 to 12 candidate AI initiatives across operations, leasing, asset management, and resident experience. We bring the patterns we've seen across comparable operators. Your team brings what's politically and operationally feasible.

Hour 3 03

Pressure Test

We score each candidate on impact, feasibility, data readiness, and time-to-value. Then we attack the top three. What would it actually take to ship them in 90 days? What's the data dependency? Where does it break? This is the hour where most surprises surface.

Hour 4 · Working Lunch 04

The Sketch

Your top three initiatives, translated into a 90-day execution sketch your team can take to leadership. We close over a working lunch with your operating leaders and ours. No slides.

Who's in the Room

Senior people. Both sides.

Your Side 15 to 20 people
  • 01C-level sponsor (CEO, COO, or CIO)
  • 02Head of Data, Analytics, or Innovation
  • 03VP of Operations and one or two regional leaders
  • 04Asset management and revenue management leadership
  • 05IT lead and any in-house data engineering
  • 06Whoever has been quietly running an AI experiment
Our Side
  • 01Remen Okoruwa, Co-Founder
  • 02Ben Keller, Co-Founder
  • 03A senior forward-deployed engineer from our team

What You Leave With

Five tangible things.

01

A prioritized roadmap

8 to 12 candidate AI initiatives, scored on impact, feasibility, and data readiness. Yours to keep.

02

A 90-day execution sketch

For your top three. Not a deck. An actual sequence with dependencies, owners, and the data you'd need to wire in.

03

A data readiness assessment

An honest read on how close your current stack is to supporting what you want to build.

04

Anonymized industry patterns

What comparable operators are shipping right now. No names. The pattern is the value.

05

A working relationship

With our team. Useful whether you ever buy from us or not.

The Honest Exchange

Why we do this for free.

We could charge for this. We don't, because the conversation is more valuable to us than the fee. Every session sharpens our view of what enterprise operators actually need, what's broken across the proptech stack, and where the next year of product investment should go.

You get a roadmap. We get a clearer map of the market. There is no follow-up sales sequence. If, after the day, your team thinks our infrastructure layer would help you ship faster, we'll have that conversation. If not, you've still walked away with something useful.

Eligibility

Who this is built for.

We run four cohorts a year. To make the day worth everyone's time:

  • Top-50 operator, or 15,000+ units under management
  • Senior commitment in the room: at minimum a C-level sponsor and your most senior data or innovation leader
  • Willingness to share, under mutual NDA, what's actually broken and what you've already tried
  • An operating business that genuinely intends to deploy AI in the next 12 to 18 months

Next Cohort

The next cohort is small by design.

We accept four cohorts per year. To request a seat, send a short note about your portfolio and the AI questions you're sitting with. We'll respond within a week.
