Connect is available to any operator as of today, with no pilot gate and no waitlist. It is a managed pipeline: 124 connectors across the multifamily operational stack, landing in the data warehouse you already own. Propexo builds every connector and keeps it running.
What changes today
The product has run in production with paying customers for months, so becoming available changes how you buy it, not what it does. Support is included with every subscription, through email and a shared Slack channel. Onboarding runs two to six weeks, depending on data readiness and source count. We hold SOC 2 Type II, and the documentation is current enough to build against.
Today also brings news. We are announcing Connect Intelligence, an owner-controlled data layer built on Connect.
Why the pipe, and not another dashboard
Multifamily operators run eight to fifteen tools that never shared a schema. The portfolio-wide questions live between them, where no vendor's dashboard reaches. A warehouse the operator owns answers that durably: the data survives a vendor switch, and an analyst can cross three systems without filing a ticket. Owning the data layer is the strategy. The connectors are how the data gets there.
Fivetran, Airbyte, and Matillion handle mainstream SaaS and databases well, and Connect does not try to match their breadth. The multifamily operational stack is the layer they do not cover, and it is the layer Connect was built for.
What an operator gets on day one
Connect is point and click. Select sources, authenticate, choose a warehouse, and data lands in days for a single source, weeks for a full stack. No pipeline code, no connector for your engineering team to own.
Every connector delivers raw extracts. For the ten property management systems the Unified API covers, take the same data normalized, or both, so AppFolio and RealPage arrive in one shape. The rest of the stack lands raw. Know that boundary before you plan a model on it.
Propexo owns authentication, pagination, rate limits, and schema drift, so a vendor's API change is our problem, not your sprint. Our comparison pages put the alternative at four to twelve engineer-weeks per custom connector, eight to fifteen production-grade.
Announcing Connect Intelligence
Connect Intelligence is an owner-controlled data layer built on Connect, available as a managed service today. Propexo sets up a Snowflake warehouse in an account that belongs to you, lands every system you run in it, and manages it end to end. Nothing for your team to build, host, or maintain, and no data team required. Because the warehouse is yours, sharing is yours: grant a vendor or consultant read-only access through the warehouse's own controls, and revoke it any time. A data request stops being a favor routed through another vendor and becomes a term you set.
The intelligence half of the name is the direction. An AI that understands the business as a whole rather than one narrow workflow needs defined semantics, so a word means one thing across every system, a real estate ontology, so the way properties, units, leases and work orders relate is written down, and entity resolution, so the same resident under five spellings is one person. That machinery is what we are building on top of the managed warehouse, and none of it ships today. An intelligence layer built on data you do not control is a roof with no walls. The pipe had to come first, and it became available today.

What a buyer who already started looks like
One customer came to Connect already paying for a horizontal ELT platform that carried no connector for their property management system or their AI leasing tool. They replaced the custom pipelines feeding a Snowflake warehouse they already had, and took both raw and unified layers to grow across property management systems after acquisitions. Another bought against one number, tour abandonment, and landed vendor data in an existing BigQuery warehouse.
Neither was frictionless. The first backfill for one of them ran long enough to draw a written objection before we shipped the optimizations that fixed it. But neither customer needed convincing that data mattered. Both had a warehouse before they had us, and both bought the connectors the general-purpose tools do not carry.

Who maintains the connectors when a vendor changes its API?
Propexo does. Authentication, pagination, rate limits, and schema drift are ours to handle, which is the difference between a managed connector and one your team built.
How long does it take to get data flowing?
Days for a single source and weeks for a full stack, depending on how many systems are in scope and how quickly vendor credentials come through.
Does Connect give me raw data or normalized data?
Both, with one boundary. Every connector lands raw extracts in your warehouse. For the ten property management systems the Propexo Unified API covers, you can also take a normalized layer, so the same fields arrive in the same shape across those systems, and you can take raw bulk exports of them as well. The other connectors land raw only, and Propexo does not claim a normalized model across the whole stack.
What support comes with Connect?
Email and a shared Slack channel, included with every subscription rather than sold as a tier. A shared channel is how most of our customers reach us, because a broken sync is a conversation rather than a ticket.
Is Propexo SOC 2 compliant?
Yes, Propexo holds SOC 2 Type II. Security and procurement review is usually the first gate a data project has to clear inside a large operator, so the answer belongs on the page rather than three weeks into a questionnaire.
