Sub-Processors

This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Propexo engages to process Customer Personal Data in connection with the Services, as referenced in Section 8 of the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”).

A “Sub-Processor” is any third party appointed by or on behalf of Propexo to process Customer Personal Data. Propexo takes steps to ensure that each Sub-Processor provides appropriate contractual commitments for the protection of Customer Personal Data consistent with the requirements of the DPA.

Sub-Processor Updates and Objections

Propexo will provide notice of any new or replacement Sub-Processors by updating this page. Customers who wish to object to the appointment of a new Sub-Processor may do so in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 8.2 of the DPA. Customers are responsible for monitoring this page for updates.
